Q. CAN I ORDER ONLY ONE DINNER?
A. Only If you buy dinner for 2 or more people with the same Menu.
Q. WHAT ABOUT MY FOOD ALLERGIES?
A. If you are allergic or intolerant to some food, during the selection of your meal program you’ll have the option to eliminate allergenic ingredients from a default list by clicking on the ingredients you want to avoid.
Q. IS CRATEFUL ORGANIC?
A. Yes. The Vegetarian Menu is fully organic. The Living Menu uses mostly organic, whole products and local ingredients. Because market availability sometimes precludes the use of organic ingredients exclusively for Chef Cristina’s most exotic recipes, we use our very best judgment to source only the very best ingredients available.
Q. WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A PROMO CODE?
A. After choosing your menu and selecting your options you will click on View Cart. You will be able to insert your promo code in the Shopping Cart and see the discount being applied to your total.
Q. HOW ARE THE MEALS DELIVERED?
A. Crateful delivers 6 nights a week, from Sunday through Friday, from 8pm to 6am so that you will find our cooler bag with the meals outside your door every morning ready to be eaten from the breakfast time on. On Friday night we’ll deliver the meals for Saturday and Sunday. Crateful uses professional insulated bag with ice packs inside to ensure the freshness of the products for up to 24hrs. For optimum result, please transfer your meals in the fridge as soon as you receive them.
Q. CAN I REFRIGERATE MY MEALS?
A. Yes. Meals have a refrigerator shelf-life of up to 4 days. We suggest to eat them within 2-3 days from delivery to ensure the quality of our products.
Q. WHAT DO I DO WITH MY COOLER BAGS AND ICE PACKS?
A. Please leave your empty cooler bags and ice packs outside your door each night and we will pick them up during the next delivery.
Q. WHAT IF I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT BUILDING AND I DO NOT HAVE A DOORMAN DURING THE NIGHT?
A. In this case you need to specify your building access code, if you have one, in the Checkout area. If you don’t have an access code we will schedule an appointment to get your key or to get them sent to us. Please contact Customer Service for further details.
Q. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
A. You can cancel your order provided that the actual delivery has not yet started. You can find our detailed cancellation and refund policy in the Terms & Conditions section of the website.
Q. HOW MANY DAYS AFTER THE ORDER CAN THE MEAL PROGRAM START?
A. The starting date is 3 days after the order. So if you order on Monday delivery will occur on Wednesday night so you can start enjoying on Thursday. We don’t deliver on Saturday so you can not start a program on Sunday.
Q. CAN I ORDER FOR MORE THAN ONE PERSON AT A TIME?
A. Yes. After choosing your first meal program and adding it to the Cart you can simply continue shopping and adding another program to the cart before checkout.
Q. I DON’T EAT PORK. CAN I STILL FOLLOW YOUR MEAL PLAN?
A. Yes. You can choose the Pescatarian Menu.
Q. HOW MUCH VARIETY IS THERE TO THE MEALS?
A. Crateful offers a variety of meals. We have 42 different meals per Menu in breakfast, lunch and dinner on a 2 week rotation.
Q. DO I GET A DISCOUNT FOR ORDERING MORE THAN ONE WEEK?
A. Yes! If you order a 2 weeks program you will get a 10% discount. If you order a 4 weeks program you will get a 15% discount.
Q. CAN CRATEFUL PREPARE GLUTEN-FREE?
A. Yes. We have a Gluten Free option in our organic Vegetarian Menu.
Q. DO ANY OF THE MEALS CONTAIN PRESERVATIVES?
A. Absolutely no. We use only the freshest ingredients and deliver 6 days a week to guarantee the freshness of the food.
